I highly recommend “The Huckabee Show” for issues that impact our families and culture.

So blessed to attend an incredible three-day session at Ft. Hood, Texas. I reviewed the exceptional education and training opportunities for our men and women in uniform. Thank you Gen. Kok for your outstanding leadership! God bless our awesome Troops!
Ft. Hood Texas: Wow! I asked to better understand the education and training of our helicopter pilots. So.... here I am in the U.S. Army's simulator for flying the Chinook Helicopter! Incredible “sand simulation” with landing in a desert. And NO, I did not crash!
Fort Hood - Congrats to this young Sergeant from Puerto Rico. She was accepted into the program where the U.S. Army will pay for her final three years of college -- and she will graduate as a 1st Lieutenant with a B.S. in Nursing! And... with ZERO college debt! SALUTE!
As a Member of the Texas State House I was proud to sponsor the legislation to honor those brave young soldiers -- who 70 years ago came from all over the United States to San Antonio, Texas -- and trained for an operation we now know as "D-Day!" I am honored to be the second civilian to be named a honorary “Lifetime Member of the Second Indian Head Division, WWII. The first Honoree was President Harry S. Truman.
Honored to receive this National Award from Eagle Forum -- recognizing my leadership in Texas to win the fight for true and accurate United States History standards. Eagle Forum has stood for years at of our State Board of Education as together we fought and defeated the radical, anti-American agenda of the “academic experts” of the Far Left.
Blessed by the support of Texas Governor, Greg Abbott. HIs political “Journey” is an incredible story. I am working on a chapter in my next book about how then Attorney General Greg Abbott argued before the United States Supreme Court and won our right to display “hHe Ten Commandments" on the lawn of our State Capitol.
Wallbuilders asked me to speak on ”The Evils of Common Core" at a National Legislative Conference with elected Representatives and Senators from several states. Guess who was there? My former Texas House “desk mate” -- Rep. Bill Zedler! So proud of this rock solid, Conservative Champion - Go Bill!
I was so blessed to represent on the State Board of Education all the counties of an incredible State Senator - Donna Campbell! A rock-solid ”Woman of Faith,” Sen. Campbell has a HUGE future. I look forward to God’s next “Journey” for Sen. Campbell.
So proud of my former State House colleague and Brother in Christ -- Bryan Hughes --now our State Senator from East Texas! My friends, Sen. Hughes is a “Man of Integrity” and an awesome “Man of Faith.”

Thank you Texas A&M - Central Texas! Beautiful new campus! I asked the Educators to walk me thru their partnership with the U.S. Army-- to help our finest service men and women earn a bachelors degree. This new campus will make a huge difference in the lives of our military heroes and their families!
I am blessed to be nationally recognized for my support of Israel. We fought and defeated the new “national standards” of university “experts” whose agenda was to delete the Holocaust from US History standards and curriculum. Working with the Holocaust Society, we then found these college “experts” also deleted the WWII Nazis murder of six million Jewish children, women and men - from the their required standards for college credit in European History and World History.. With absolutely ZERO support from the national media -- We won - and the Far Left lost!

I applaud my Volunteers who each year donate hundreds of hours to review education standards and vet publisher’s proposed textbooks. Pictured above, Paula Moore and Paula Cristo uncovered an enormous evidence of “expert bias” and errors. On my required state committees, I purposely followed the law and appointed a cross-section of Educators, Business Leaders, and Parents. Hands down, Parents were the most diligent and fervent in documenting bias and errors. APPLAUSE FOR PARENTS!
